Stephanie Dolan brings over a decade of frontline experience in geriatric assessment and elder care navigation to her role as Founder of Age Well Consulting. With a career rooted in compassion and clinical expertise, she has helped hundreds of families across Canada face the challenges of aging with clarity, confidence, and dignity.

Stephanie holds a Diploma in Recreation & Leisure from Sir Sandford Fleming College and is completing her BA in Gerontology at Laurentian University, where she continues to deepen her commitment to aging studies and person-centered care.

For over 11 years, Stephanie served as a Geriatric Assessor and Client Support Specialist with Ontario’s GAIN (Geriatric Assessment Intervention Network). As part of an interdisciplinary team—including geriatricians, pharmacists, occupational therapists, and social workers—she co-developed individualized care plans for older adults with complex cognitive, physical, and mental health needs.

She is a regular attendee of the McMaster University Annual Update in Geriatrics and remains dedicated to continuous learning in the evolving field of elder care.

Stephanie is known for her unique ability to navigate even the most complex aging situations with calm precision and deep empathy. Whether it's dementia-related crises, long-distance caregiving challenges, or finding the right long-term care solution, she approaches every client with respect, discretion, and relentless advocacy.
