Stephanie Dolan brings over a decade of frontline experience in geriatric assessment and elder care navigation to her role as Founder of Age Well Consulting. With a career rooted in compassion and clinical expertise, she has helped hundreds of families across Canada face the challenges of aging with clarity, confidence, and dignity.
Stephanie holds a Diploma in Recreation & Leisure from Sir Sandford Fleming College and is completing her BA in Gerontology at Laurentian University, where she continues to deepen her commitment to aging studies and person-centered care.

For over 11 years, Stephanie served as a Geriatric Assessor and Client Support Specialist with Ontario’s GAIN (Geriatric Assessment Intervention Network). As part of an interdisciplinary team—including geriatricians, pharmacists, occupational therapists, and social workers—she co-developed individualized care plans for older adults with complex cognitive, physical, and mental health needs.
She is a regular attendee of the McMaster University Annual Update in Geriatrics and remains dedicated to continuous learning in the evolving field of elder care.
